Village of Capac

Main Street Streetscape

The Village of Capac is requesting Bids for the construction of Main Street Streetscape. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Village Offices located at 208 N. Main Street, Capac, MI 48014, until 2:00 p.m. local time, June 11, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

Road reconstruction will include approximately 12,250 square yards of pavement removal, 3,600 square yards of sidewalk removal, 4,200 tons of HMA paving; 5,400 feet of concrete curb and gutter; 31,000 square feet of sidewalk and curb ramp, aggregate base, storm sewer, pavement markings, and related items of work.

Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: 9475 Holly Road, Suite 201, Grand Blanc, MI 48507 Email: bidroom@fveng.com; Telephone: (810) 743-9120. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com.

The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.

A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The Village of Capac reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Capac.
