Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Capac Planning Commission, pursuant to Public Act 33 of 2008 – the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, will be holding a public hearing to receive public comments regarding a major update to its current Master Plan – Village of Capac Master Plan 2026.

The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday November 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM, at the Village Offices, 208 North Main Street, Capac, MI 48014, phone (810) 395-4355.

The complete draft master plan may be examined at the Capac Village Offices, during regular business hours. Comments may be made in writing, Village addressed to LeAnn Brewer Clerk; via email to clerk@villageofcapac.com; or they may be made in person at the hearing.

If you are planning to attend this public hearing and you require special accommodations, please notify the Village Clerk at (810) 395-4355, ext. 11 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing so that the necessary arrangements may be organized.
