NOTICE of Public Hearing : ZBA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Capac Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, at 4:00 p.m. at the Capac Municipal Building located at 208 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014, to consider the following request:
Applicant: Agree Convenience No. 1, LLC.
Property Location: 3201 Capac Road, Capac, Michigan, 48014.
Parcel ID Number: 74-40-033-3002-001 new as of 2027
Current Zoning District: Highway Commercial
Purpose of the Request:
The applicant requests a height variance from Section 30-605-1 of the Village of Capac Sign Ordinance to allow installation of a new 100’ pylon sign.
Specifically, the applicant seeks relief from the following requirements:
Height: To permit a sign height of 100 feet in the highway commercial district, where the ordinance permits a maximum height of 10 feet.
Public Review and Comments:
The variance application, sign plans, and related documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Village Office, located at 208 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014, during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this hearing. Written comments concerning this request will be received by the Zoning Board of Appeals at the address above until 4:00 PM on the day of the hearing, or via email at clerk@villageofcapac.com.
