Notice of Public Hearing: Zoning Board of Appeals

Attention Village Residents:

Please take notice that the The Village of Capac Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the Capac American Legion Hall, located at 115 N. Main St., Capac, MI 48014.

The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments from residents, property owners, and the general public regarding a proposed request for a VARIANCE to the ZONING ORDINANCE Chapter 30 – regarding section 30-602, 30-605 and 30-607 of the current Sign Ordinance for the Taco Bell located at 3283 Capac Rd.

Full copies of the proposed amendment can be reviewed at the Village of Capac Office Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Written comments may be submitted to the Zoning Board at 131 N. Main St., P.O. Box 218, Capac, MI 48014 no later than Friday, May 30, 2025 until close of business hours (4:00 pm). Verbal comments will also be taken during the Public Hearing.
