Notice of Public Hearing Cancellation
The Public Hearing previously scheduled for Monday, June 2, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. by the Village of Capac Zoning Board of Appeals has been cancelled.
The hearing was set to consider a variance request to the Sign Ordinance for the proposed Taco Bell at 3283 Capac Rd, as well as changes to Sections 30-602, 30-605, and 30-607 of Chapter 30 of the Village Zoning Ordinance.
Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Village of Capac Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, 11/6/24 at 7:00 P.M. at the Capac American Legion Hall to discuss a proposed amendment to Chapter 30 – Zoning regarding the “Keeping of Chickens” in certain residential districts.
