Public Hearing Notice: Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment

The Village of Capac Planning Commission invites residents, property owners, and interested members of the public to attend a public hearing on July 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Capac Municipal Building (208 N. Main Street, Capac, MI). The hearing will address a proposed amendment to Zoning Ordinance Chapter 30, Section 30-149, which would revise the language to state: “No variance may be granted or decision overruled unless a majority votes in favor thereof.” The proposed amendment is available for public review at Village Hall during regular business hours. All are encouraged to attend and provide input.
